Questions about orders

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes you can cancel or amend your order, but you need to contact us urgently here – as once the order is processed it is dispatched on the next available cycle.

What if part of my order is wrong or missing?
Occasionally incorrect orders are shipped. If this happens please notify us as soon as possible. We will resend the correct order immediately and cover all associated costs. We reserve the right to request incorrect orders to be returned to ‘Pod & Co’ at our expense.

Depending on your order size we may have shipped the order in different parcels. Please allow at least one day before contacting us as often separate packages can arrive at different times – especially if products are on backorder.

The packing note will tell you which items are shipped in each parcel. If an item is missing please contact us here and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Can I have my parcel redirected?
In cases where you would like to change the delivery address please notify us as soon as possible as once the item has been dispatched this is not possible.

Is GST included in the purchase price?
Yes all order totals are a GST inclusive amount. All order invoice amounts will appear in this format:

1. Product total (including GST).
2. Shipping and handling total.
3. Order Total – amount you will be charged, total of 1, and 2 above.

Questions about payments

How can payment be made?
We accept the following forms of payment:

1. Credit Card Visa / Mastercard
2. Apple Pay

Why am I experiencing issues with credit payment?

1. Check the card details have been entered correctly, including the expiry date.
2. Make sure you enter the security code correctly – that’s the three-digit number on the back of your card.
3. Your card issuer may have declined the payment – as they don’t tell us the reason for this, it’s best to check with them.

If you’ve tried all of the above, try paying with another card otherwise contact us directly here. Sometimes technical problems are experienced on our end.

When will I be charged?
Credit card and Apple Pay payments will be charged at the time the transaction is completed.  All pre-orders or back-orders will be charged at the time the order is placed. Orders are then shipped once the product becomes available.

Questions about shipping and returns

What are your shipping rates?
For all questions regarding shipping, please refer to our shipping page.

How can I return something to you?
To organise replacement or return your product please contact us directly at here. We are available 7 days per week. You should expect to receive a same day response.

We will lodge a freight forward and advise what to do with the item. Once returned goods are received and inspected by ‘Pod & Co’ a refund will be issued or a replacement product dispatched.

What is your returns policy?
Please inspect the goods carefully before signing and accepting. If the goods arrive in a damaged state contact us immediately. We do not issue returns or refunds if a customer “changes their mind”.

Any opened product will not be refunded unless there is an issue with product quality. If this is the case then a replacement product will be shipped free of charge.

Occasionally incorrect orders are shipped. If this happens please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will resend the correct order immediately and cover all associated costs.

We reserve the right to request incorrect or defective orders to be returned to ‘Pod & Co’ at our expense and may ask for photo evidence via email for proof that the item is either damaged or defective as a condition of refund.

Questions about protein powder during pregnancy / breastfeeding

Can I take Pod+Co products during pregnancy?
Our protein powders and smoothie boosters are manufactured to the highest standards using only the cleanest, healthiest ingredients. While our products are generally safe to use during pregnancy it is recommended users consult with health professionals. 

We are 100% transparent about what goes into our products. A copy of any of our products nutritional panel should be sufficient to validate a second professional opinion.

Can I take Pod+Co products while breastfeeding?
Our protein powders and smoothie boosters are manufactured to the highest standards using only the cleanest, healthiest ingredients. While protein powder makes up a substantial portion of most infant formulas and is a staple source of a child’s nutrition following birth it is recommended users always consult with health professionals. 

We are 100% transparent about what goes into our products. A copy of any of our products nutritional panel should be sufficient to validate a second professional opinion.
